Law360, New York (November 5, 2013, 3:12 PM EST) -- A West Virginia federal judge on Tuesday denied C.R. Bard Inc.'s demand for attorneys' fees in a bellwether vaginal mesh injury lawsuit dropped weeks before trial, saying a fee award on top of such a favorable result would be inappropriate.
