Conservative Groups Urge Congress To Kill Wind Tax Credit

Law360, New York (November 5, 2013, 5:15 PM EST) -- A coalition of conservative and fossil fuel industry-backed groups on Monday urged Congress to let the federal renewable production tax credit expire at year's end, claiming it's a crutch for a U.S. wind power industry that simply cannot stand on its own.
