Colo. Voters Approve 5-Year Fracking Bans

Law360, New York (November 6, 2013, 8:08 PM EST) -- Opponents of hydraulic fracturing scored at least three victories in Colorado on Tuesday night with voters in Boulder, Fort Collins and Lafayette passing ballot initiatives that will keep fracking out of their communities for at least five years, while a similar measure in Broomfield is headed for a recount.
