Convicted Ex-Pa. Rep.'s Prosecutorial Misconduct Suit Nixed

Brett Feese alleging the state attorney general's office destroyed evidence during his corruption trial for his role in the so-called Computergate scandal involving public funds being used to purchase campaign-related technology.
