Millions Qualify For ACA Tax Credits In 2014, Kaiser Says

Law360, New York (November 6, 2013, 4:13 PM EST) -- Seventeen million people who are currently uninsured or purchase nongroup health plans will be eligible for premium tax credits in 2014 under the Affordable Care Act, according to a Kaiser Family Foundation study released Wednesday.

Under the law, people with incomes between 100 and 400 percent of the federal poverty level are eligible for premium tax credits when they purchase coverage in an insurance marketplace.
