Sandoz Appeals Eye Drug Patent Verdict To Fed. Circ.

Law360, Los Angeles (November 6, 2013, 4:13 PM EST) -- Sandoz Inc. asked the Federal Circuit on Tuesday to reverse a federal judge’s ruling that the pharmaceutical company violated four patents owned by Pfizer Inc. and InSite Vision Inc. when it tried to bring to market a generic version of AzaSite azithromycin eye drops, used as a bacterial conjunctivitis treatment.
