Basin Electric Locks Down Output From 2 ND Wind Farms

Law360, New York (November 6, 2013, 8:25 PM EST) -- Basin Electric Power Cooperative has agreed to buy power from two wind farms in North Dakota that will produce a combined 278 megawatts annually and further diversify the electric generation and transmission consortium’s portfolio, according to a Wednesday statement.

Under the agreement, California-based Infinity Wind Power LLC will develop the projects, known as the Sunflower Wind Project and Antelope Hills Wind Project, according to a statement. The 25-year purchase agreement is for the full output of both projects.
