FDA Needs Rule Change For DMAA Crackdown, Suit Says

Law360, New York (November 7, 2013, 2:38 PM EST) -- A weight loss and energy supplement maker hit the U.S. Food and Drug Administration with a lawsuit on Tuesday that accuses it of improperly issuing a detention order on products that contain a controversial stimulant, saying the agency must first go through a formal rule-making process.
