Wyeth Faces Whistleblower Suits Over Prevnar

Law360, New York (February 29, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- Wyeth Pharmaceuticals Inc. has been hit with a whistleblower lawsuit by two former employees, alleging that the company hid safety problems with the manufacture of its lucrative vaccine Prevnar, the company revealed in a filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
