Law360, New York (November 7, 2013, 3:07 PM EST) -- A magistrate judge in Maryland federal court has ordered Travelers Property Casualty Co. of America to turn over more documents to private equity firm American Capital Ltd. in an insurance battle over tainted heparin claims, according to a stinging opinion that was unsealed Wednesday.
