Thermo Fisher Makes Commitments To EU In Life Tech Buy

Law360, New York (November 7, 2013, 9:29 PM EST) -- Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc. submitted a series of commitments to the European Commission's authorities Tuesday, as part of the competition watchdog's initial inquiry into the potential anti-competitive effect of the Massachusetts company's proposed $13.6 billion bid for California-based Life Technologies Corp.
