Controversial DataTreasury Patents Face Biz Method Review

Law360, New York (November 8, 2013, 5:51 PM EST) -- A pair of check-imaging patents held by DataTreasury Corp. widely seen as the impetus for shaping the America Invents Act's business method review program is now up for review under that very program after drawing opposition from Fidelity National Information Services Inc.
