DOJ Reaching Out To SSOs To Shore Up SEP Licensing

Law360, New York (November 8, 2013, 7:38 PM EST) -- A U.S. Department of Justice official on Friday said the department's Antitrust Division is continuing its collaboration with standard-setting organizations to ensure they are doing all they can to ensure licensing rules that govern standard-essential patents are clear and well-enforced.
