MoFo Nabs Ex-SEC Deputy Director From O'Melveny & Myers

Law360, New York (November 12, 2013, 1:17 PM EST) -- Martin Dunn, former Deputy Director and Acting Director of the Security and Exchange Commission’s Division of Corporation Finance, has left O’Melveny & Myers to join Morrison & Foerster’s corporate finance practice as a partner resident in its Washington, D.C., office, Morrison & Foerster announced Monday.

In his 20 years at the SEC, Dunn supervised the Corporation Finance Division’s Offices of Chief Counsel, Chief Accountant, Mergers and Acquisitions, International Corporate Finance, Rulemaking, Small Business and Enforcement Liaison.
