TechAmerica Sues Procurement Team That Bolted To Rival

Law360, New York (November 12, 2013, 4:19 PM EST) -- TechAmerica came out swinging after its top government procurement experts bolted en masse to rival Information Technology Industry Council, suing its ex-employees and ITI in a D.C. court on Friday for allegedly breaching the employee handbook, stealing trade secrets and attempting to steal clients.
