Hawaii Sends Same-Sex Marriage Bill To Governor

Law360, Los Angeles (November 12, 2013, 9:17 PM EST) -- The Hawaii State Senate voted Tuesday to approve a marriage equality bill that passed the state’s House of Representatives late last week, sending the bill to Gov. Neil Abercrombie, who has vowed to sign it, and clearing the way for Hawaii to be the next state to embrace marriage equality.
