Pa. Firm Fights Malpractice Suit Over IBM Settlement

Law360, Philadelphia (November 13, 2013, 1:52 PM EST) -- A Philadelphia law firm asked a Pennsylvania state judge to toss to a malpractice suit accusing it of bungling a suit against IBM Corp. allegedly worth $100 million, arguing that the information technology company that launched the suit had also defrauded IBM.
