Court Revives Trillium's $2B Wind Farm Suit Against Ontario

Law360, New York (November 13, 2013, 4:26 PM EST) -- A Canadian appeals court on Tuesday revived part of Trillium Power Wind Corp.’s $2.25 billion suit against the government of Ontario over a derailed offshore wind farm project, finding Trillium adequately pled misfeasance in public office.
