Conrad O'Brien Atty Slams Pa. Lobbying Fee Hike

Law360, Philadelphia (November 13, 2013, 5:43 PM EST) -- A Conrad O'Brien attorney, who was a former general counsel for the Republican caucus of the Pennsylvania Senate, has slammed a proposal to increase the fees that lobbyists must pay to register with the state's Department of State, calling it an attack on the First Amendment.
