Companies Clash Over Mobile Technology Patent

Law360, New York (January 3, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- Two companies are locked in a bitter dispute over who owns the rights to technology that allows mobile users to safely access their company’s network from an off-site location and bounce from network to network without interruption.
