Samsung Barred From Noting Apple Talks In Australia IP Case

Law360, New York (November 14, 2013, 7:15 PM EST) -- An Australian judge has refused to allow Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd. to submit evidence in its smartphone patent dispute with Apple Inc. that the companies have engaged in licensing talks, saying it would disrupt the case, according to a ruling released Wednesday.
