Arch Coal Unit Asks High Court To Revive EPA-Blocked Permit

Law360, New York (November 15, 2013, 2:23 PM EST) -- An Arch Coal Inc. unit on Wednesday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to restore its waste discharge permit for a massive mountaintop mining operation, arguing the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency had no authority to yank the permit years after it was issued.
