EEOC Clarifies Tough Veteran Employment Protections

Law360 (March 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- While most employers have long realized that employees who return to work with military service-related disabilities are protected by the Americans with Disabilities Act, many have only recently learned of another law that imposes far tougher obligations on employers faced with disabled veterans who want to go back to work.
