Fed. Circ. Affirms Invalidity Ruling In Prosthetics IP Dispute

Law360, Washington (November 15, 2013, 4:20 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Friday affirmed a finding that Ohio Willow Wood Co.'s patent for liners used in certain prosthetics was invalid, but sent the case back to the district court to find whether Ohio Willow had committed inequitable conduct during re-examination proceedings.
