Appeal In Reglan Preemption Row Blasted In Pa. High Court

Law360, Philadelphia (November 15, 2013, 6:09 PM EST) -- Thousands of plaintiffs in a cluster of product liability suits stemming from generic versions of the digestive drug Reglan urged the Pennsylvania Supreme Court on Thursday to deny the appeal of a July decision that their claims were not necessarily preempted by federal law.
