USTR Lauds Trade Enforcement On Solar Panels, Counterfeits

Law360, New York (November 18, 2013, 3:52 PM EST) -- U.S. Trade Representative Michael Froman said Saturday that a close partnership between his office and U.S. Customs and Border Protection was key to enforcing trade duty orders against Chinese solar panels and rooting out counterfeit goods.
