Anti-'Patent Troll' Bill OK'd By House Judiciary Committee

Law360, New York (November 20, 2013, 9:45 PM EST) -- The House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday voted to approve a bill aimed at cracking down on so-called patent trolls, turning aside a slew of amendments that would have stripped controversial provisions raising pleading requirements and limiting discovery in patent cases.
