Florida Legislation To Watch In 2014

Law360, Miami (January 1, 2014, 10:08 AM EST) -- From widespread tax cuts to a growing need for water management, there is no shortage of legislative issues to tackle in Florida in 2014, but attorneys say they expect lawmakers will tread carefully in an election year despite the cushion provided by the state's first budget surplus in years.
