Law360, New York (November 19, 2013, 6:54 PM EST) -- Talks to form a new mega-firm through a tie-up between Dentons and McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP are "ongoing" after a scheduled partnership vote date has passed, Dentons said Monday, while a source tells Law360 that foot-dragging among McKenna partners has forced a delay as managers try to rally support.
