Pressure Mounts On EPA For Alleged Stalling Tactics

Law360 (March 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A slew of states and environmental groups will return to court Wednesday on the one-year anniversary of the U.S. Supreme Court's Massachusetts v. EPA decision in an attempt to get the Environmental Protection Agency to start regulating greenhouse gas emissions.

The mandamus filing, to be brought in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit, accuses the EPA of willfully ignoring the high court's instructions.
