EU Trade Secrets Fix Earns High Marks

Law360, New York (November 19, 2013, 10:21 PM EST) -- The European Union's move to propose legislation to create a unionwide framework for trade secrets law has scored a thumbs up from intellectual property attorneys, who said on Tuesday that the plan was an important, long-overdue step forward from the frustrating patchwork of current laws.
