8th Circ. OKs Suit By White Worker Who Reported Slurs

Law360, New York (November 19, 2013, 5:59 PM EST) -- The Eighth Circuit on Monday affirmed a court's decision to allow a white former Riceland Foods Inc. employee's claim of retaliation over his participation in a workplace investigation into racist comments made by his supervisor to go before a jury.
