Official Predicts U.S. Won't Meet Ethanol Goals

Law360, New York (March 4, 2008, 12:00 AM EST) -- A U.S. Department of Energy official forecast a mixed long-term outlook for energy markets in the United States, telling lawmakers Tuesday that the nation will be unable to meet Congress' mandate to produce more ethanol from waste products over the next 15 years.
