NJ High Court Appoints Group To Mull ABA Ethics Changes

Law360, New York (November 20, 2013, 10:05 PM EST) -- The Supreme Court of New Jersey on Wednesday announced the formation of an ethics committee to examine amendments to the American Bar Association’s model rules of professional conduct, which urged attorneys to embrace technological shifts and clarified requirements for domestic work by foreign in-house counsel.
