Delaware County Judge Tapped For Pa. Superior Court Seat

Law360, New York (November 21, 2013, 3:14 PM EST) -- Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett on Thursday nominated Delaware County Judge Patricia H. Jenkins to serve as judge on the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, one of two statewide intermediate appellate courts, filling the vacancy created when Correale Stevens was confirmed to the state Supreme Court.
