GOP Senators Want More Time, Analysis On Silica Rule

Law360, New York (November 21, 2013, 5:12 PM EST) -- A group of Republican senators urged the Occupational Safety and Health Administration on Thursday to extend the comment period for a proposed rule covering exposure to breathable silica in the workplace and to convene a panel to assess the rule's impact on small employers.
