Fla. Online Public School Fights For Right To Enforce Marks

Law360, Miami (November 22, 2013, 2:22 PM EST) -- A Florida online public school on Wednesday asked the state's highest court for a ruling allowing it to pursue its federal trademark infringement claims against national online education provider K12 Inc., arguing that Florida law allows it to sue to enforce the state-owned marks.
