Fed. Circ. Revives Centillion Patent Suit Against Qwest

Law360, New York (November 25, 2013, 8:08 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Monday revived Centillion Data Systems LLC's patent suit against Qwest Corp., ruling that a lower court wrongly granted Qwest summary judgment on claims that it had infringed an electronic billing patent.

The Federal Circuit found issues remain regarding one of the two accused Qwest products, reversing the summary judgment ruling on that product and remanding the case for further proceedings.
