Law360, New York (December 9, 2013, 1:59 PM EST) -- The U.S. International Trade Commission's pilot program for early resolution of several case-dispositive issues has been identified by some as a significant step in curbing potential abuse of the ITC by nonpracticing entities.[1] In addition, the program was intended to lead to a more efficient use of resources, both for the ITC and private parties.
