High Court Will Hear EPA Carbon Rules Arguments In Feb.

Law360, New York (November 25, 2013, 4:07 PM EST) -- The U.S. Supreme Court on Monday set Feb. 24, 2014, as the date for oral arguments for several petitions challenging carbon emissions rules crafted by the Environmental Protection Agency, including those from large stationary sources such as power plants.
