Fisker Gets Interim OK For $8M DIP, Hastened Ch. 11 Case

Law360, Wilmington (November 26, 2013, 5:46 PM EST) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge on Tuesday gave interim approval to an $8 million post-petition loan for Fisker Automotive Holdings Inc., and allowed the electric-auto maker to schedule a high-speed case that would see a private sale and Chapter 11 plan considered simultaneously in early January.
