AgFeed's $45M Sale Of Chinese Assets Gets Judge's OK

Law360, Wilmington (November 26, 2013, 7:53 PM EST) -- A Delaware bankruptcy judge gave the nod Tuesday for hog grower AgFeed Industries Inc. to sell its Chinese assets to Hong Kong firm Good Charm International Development Ltd. in a deal that is expected to net the debtor $45 million once several highly negotiated price adjustments are factored in.
