Stumbling Bali Deal Calls Future WTO Talks Into Question

Law360, New York (November 26, 2013, 8:10 PM EST) -- The World Trade Organization countries have fallen short on a package of trade concessions, and though a deal could be reached by the end of an upcoming summit in Bali, Indonesia, experts say that the chances are slim and that failure would cast a shadow over the WTO as a negotiating forum.
