Rejected-Patent Review Program Extended By USPTO

Law360, New York (November 26, 2013, 5:45 PM EST) -- The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office announced Monday that it is extending a popular program launched last year to reduce patent pendency by giving examiners a limited amount of time to consider responses filed after the rejection of a patent application.
