Senate Dems Push Obama For Tough CFTC Chairman Pick

Law360, New York (November 26, 2013, 5:38 PM EST) -- A group of nine Democratic senators said Tuesday that any person President Barack Obama nominates to a vacant seat on the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission must be strong enough to reject industry efforts to roll back swaps and futures market reforms.
