Pa. Gov. Blasts Suit Over Out-Of-State Gay Marriages

Law360, New York (November 27, 2013, 5:37 PM EST) -- Pennsylvania Gov. Tom Corbett asked a federal court Monday to dismiss a lawsuit challenging the state’s refusal to recognize same-sex marriages that were legally performed in other states, saying the suit is barred by sovereign immunity and fails to state a claim.
