EU Finalizes Solar Panel Duties, Settlement With China

Law360, New York (December 2, 2013, 8:33 PM EST) -- The European Union on Monday imposed duties on Chinese solar panels but said they will not affect exporters that meet the conditions laid out in a settlement it reached with China in July.

The European Council backed a set of recommendations from the European Commission to apply anti-dumping and anti-subsidy duties to certain imports of solar panels from China, according to a statement.
