Dewey & LeBoeuf Hits 5 More Partners With Clawback Suits

Law360, Los Angeles (December 2, 2013, 9:46 PM EST) -- Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP’s trustee hit five former equity partners with adversary complaints for nearly $5.5 million in New York bankruptcy court Monday, claiming the partners had continued to receive bonuses and other distributions after the firm’s insolvency based on profits that never materialized.
