7th Circ. Questions Intent Behind Wis. Abortion Law

Law360, Chicago (December 3, 2013, 2:27 PM EST) -- The state of Wisconsin on Tuesday urged the Seventh Circuit to remove an injunction blocking a law requiring abortion providers to have admitting privileges at a nearby hospital, meeting resistance from skeptical judges who questioned whether patient safety was really the impetus behind the law.
