WTO Head Makes Late Plea For Deal As Bali Summit Opens

Law360, New York (December 3, 2013, 5:00 PM EST) -- World Trade Organization countries can still reach an agreement on a package of trade concessions but will have to make tough political calls to get a deal by the end of a summit this week in Bali, Indonesia, the WTO chief said Tuesday.
